Terms of Service

MetricFly provides website analytics and revenue attribution. We may add, change or remove features over time, and we will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect your use.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Paid plans are priced by monthly event volume, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe.
• New paid plans include a 3-day free trial. No card is charged until the trial ends; you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period is not refunded except where required by law.
• If you exceed your plan’s event limit, we may prompt you to upgrade or pause ingestion until the next period.
• Taxes (e.g. VAT) may apply and will be shown at checkout.

• Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not resell the Service without our written permission.
• Do not send us special-category personal data (health, biometrics, etc.) through the analytics API.

You retain ownership of the data you collect through MetricFly. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect analytics from your visitors, for displaying any required notices or cookie banners on your own sites, and for the content you send to our API. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service.

MetricFly, including its software, design and brand, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property beyond use of the Service.

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance and occasionally experience downtime. No specific uptime is guaranteed unless agreed in writing.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetricFly is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which MetricFly is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
